The new feature on WhatsApp iOS beta version will allow better segregation of chats in the inbox, which will be done using tabs
WhatsApp is working on a new update that will bring long-awaited modifications to the iOS version of the program. In July, the identical alterations were noticed on the Android version of the app. The modifications are not merely cosmetic, but they will also provide some amount of organization to the WhatsApp conversation list.
This new update was discovered by WABetaInfo, a portal that tracks all of the current features of the application that are included in the beta version. The WhatsApp beta for iOS 126.96.36.199 upgrade introduces a new user interface. There is one significant functional change: the addition of a new list of tabs. This will allow you to separate messages in your WhatsApp inbox. According to the report’s screenshot, there are four tabs: All, Unread, Personal, and Business.
As the name implies, unread messages can be located under the appropriate tab, while the other division is between personal and business. This new function could be quite beneficial to active WhatsApp users.
The platform hasn’t included a ‘Groups’ tab among these, but it may be an excellent addition to the list of tabs. The identical capability was discovered in the Android beta operating system. The same tabs were shown in the update version 188.8.131.52 as in the iOS version. The presence of the new functionality on both operating systems suggests that it will be available soon, even for the stable version of the program.
New Beta Version
WhatsApp has also made a few cosmetic modifications in the new beta version of the iOS app. The iOS app’s blue tones have been changed with green, in keeping with WhatsApp’s overall style. The bottom tabs also display “You” rather than “Settings.” While these design modifications may go unnoticed by many, the presence of different message categories is certain to benefit users.
