Terms of Service for Using Nobel Quran
By registering yourself or your child for Quran classes at Nobel Quran, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions:
- Class Recordings: All classes are recorded for quality assurance purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please inform us. This policy is also outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Post-Trial Decision and Fee Policy: After the completion of the free trial classes, you will need to decide whether to continue with Nobel Quran. If you choose to continue, the monthly fee must be paid in advance—during the last week of each month for the upcoming month. Classes may be paused if payment is not made on time.
- Non-Payment Clause: Nobel Quran reserves the right to discontinue classes if fees remain unpaid for more than 7 days without any valid excuse.
- Slot Reservation During Breaks: If you wish to pause classes but want to retain the same teacher and time slot upon resuming, the full monthly fee will be charged to hold the slot.
- Leaves and Make-up Classes Policy: Any leave taken is considered as paid if the teacher and time slot are to be retained, as the time cannot be allocated to another student. There are no make-up classes for leaves exceeding 5 days. Make-up classes are also not guaranteed in case of absence from the student’s side unless prior notice is given.
- Uninformed Absences: If a student misses a class without prior notice (except in emergencies), the class will be marked as absent, and no make-up will be arranged. Make-up classes may be offered, subject to availability, with the same or a different teacher.
- Class Cancellation Notice: To be eligible for a make-up class, you must inform your teacher via Skype or email at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel a class.
- Extended Absences: Nobel Quran reserves the right to cancel enrollment if a student is absent for more than two weeks without prior notice. No refunds will be issued.
- Sharing Personal Information: Do not share personal information (e.g., phone numbers, email, address, credit card details) with any teacher. Nobel Quran is not responsible for any misuse.
- Teacher Replacement: Nobel Quran reserves the right to change teachers at any time for quality assurance purposes.
- Teacher Resignation or Termination: In case a teacher resigns or is terminated, a new teacher will be assigned. Students must not stay in contact with previous teachers. Nobel Quran will not be liable for any issues arising from such contact. Nobel Quran is a registered project under Nobel Quran Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd.
- Annual Fee Adjustment: Student fees will be subject to an annual increase of approximately 6-7% at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.
- No Payment Discussions with Teachers: Students/parents should not discuss payment or share contact details with teachers. Nobel Quran is not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.
- Fee Variation Policy: Student fees may vary based on Nobel Quran’s updated policies and terms of service.
- Eid Holidays Policy: Both Eid holidays are considered paid holidays for teachers. These days are included in the monthly fee, and there will be no make-up classes or refunds for them. No additional holidays are granted to teachers apart from Eid.
- Policy Updates: Nobel Quran may revise its Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
- Universal Application: These Terms of Service and Conditions apply to all students.
